• Users may cancel subscription anytime
• Access remains until the end of billing cycle

4.3 Refund Policy

• Payments are generally non-refundable
• Exceptions:
  • Duplicate payment
  • System failure preventing usage

4.4 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
